TL;DR
Lead and scale international project logistics operations for defense technology programs.
- •Anduril Industries is seeking an International Project Logistics Leader to build, lead, and continuously improve the company's international project logistics function.
- •This role involves establishing and scaling a global logistics network to support mission-critical programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and lead all international project logistics operations, building and scaling a high-performance regional logistics network.
- •Develop and execute carrier strategy across all required modes (road, air, ocean, parcel) and manage 3PLs and freight forwarders.
- •Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings across international theaters.
- •Serve as Anduril’s logistics leader for FMS, DCS, and Security Cooperation programs.
- •Establish and track KPIs across cost, service, transit time, and reliability, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, including international project logistics.
- •Proven ability to build and scale project logistics operations in a regional or international environment.
- •Experience with FMS and DCS program execution and Security Cooperation programs.
- •Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
