TL;DR
Lead process engineers in scaling nylon recycling technology from lab to industrial production.
- •Syntetica is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead process development and scale-up of their nylon recycling technology.
- •This role involves guiding a team of engineers to bring new process technologies from lab to industrial scale.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6–8 process engineers.
- •Drive execution of process development and scale-up activities.
- •Partner with R&D to translate insights into engineering solutions.
- •Guide process engineering activities including mass/energy balances and equipment sizing.
- •Establish engineering standards and drive process optimization.
- •Requirements BS in Chemical Engineering or related discipline with 8+ years in process engineering and technology scale-up. 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- •Experience supporting pilot plants, demonstration facilities, or first-of-a-kind technologies.
- •Strong process engineering fundamentals and experience with key engineering deliverables.
- •Fluency in English required; French strongly preferred.
