- •Key Responsibilities Proactively engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels to generate qualified meetings for the sales team Manage a high volume of outbound conversations, balancing speed with a personalised approach Work closely with AI-powered tools and automation to streamline outreach and focus your time on high-value conversations Partner closely with the wider DACH and AMIA sales teams to align on target accounts and messaging Consistently hit activity and meeting-booked targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Represent DeepL professionally and enthusiastically in every interaction, as often the first point of contact prospects have with the company Requirements Fluent in Italian and English High energy, proactive, and comfortable picking up the phone and having lots of conversations day-to-day A "hit the ground running" attitude
- •you don't need direct SDR experience, but you do need drive, resilience, and a positive, can-do mindset Comfortable with change and ambiguity
