About the role
TL;DR
Manage enterprise systems and integrations for E Source's business processes.
- •Shape the enterprise platforms powering E Source's business processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Document and maintain authoritative knowledge of core enterprise system data flows, integration points, and dependencies.
- •Maintain a current architecture map of the lead-to-invoice workflow, including data ownership, system-of-record decisions, and known failure modes.
- •Establish governance and change-control practices for system and integration changes.
- •Direct internal resources and external vendors to execute system configurations, customizations, and integration builds across the core stack.
- •Guide integration design and middleware decisions (APIs, iPaaS, point-to-point) with an eye toward maintainability and scale.
- •Requirements A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise business systems, including three or more years in a leadership role.
- •Deep knowledge of NetSuite.
- •Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and PSA tools such as SPP and Jira/Tempo.
- •Demonstrated experience designing and managing integrations across CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and PSA platforms.
- •Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
