- •Maintain merchandising standards and partner with Buying and Planning teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of leadership experience in the luxury or advanced contemporary market.
- •Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- •Proficient in managing sales goals, budgeting, and retail math.
- •Strong coaching and performance management abilities.
