TL;DR
Educate patients on healthcare services and schedule appointments.
- •The Enrollment Associate educates patients about eligible healthcare services and schedules them with the provider team.
- •This role involves collecting sensitive patient information to prepare services and building trust-based relationships with patients.
- •Key Responsibilities Educate patients on Strive’s care model and schedule appointments.
- •Collect sensitive patient information to support care teams.
- •Build empathetic connections and address patient inquiries.
- •Support patient growth initiatives through inbound and outbound calls.
- •Document patient interactions in systems of record.
- •Requirements 2+ years of combined education, experience, or certification related to patient enrollment.
- •Internet Connectivity
- •Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.
- •Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.
- •Ability to work 10:30am
