About the role
TL;DR
Lead Tensec's operational infrastructure for scaling and global expansion.
- •Tensec is expanding its markets and needs a Director of Operations to build the operational backbone.
- •You will own the infrastructure for scaling, including treasury backend, AI-assisted compliance, and cross-functional operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for operational and cross-functional questions.
- •Advise on operational and legal requirements for client onboarding.
- •Ensure the operations organization supports the PMO function.
- •Build the proprietary orchestration layer for treasury backend infrastructure.
- •Manage and expand the vendor network for treasury operations.
- •Requirements Strong operational leadership and experience in scaling operations.
- •Experience with AI-assisted operations and treasury backend infrastructure.
- •Ability to manage vendor networks and negotiate partnerships.
- •Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- •Proven track record in operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
