TL;DR
Lead acquisition marketing efforts for Butternut Box in the UK & Ireland.
- •We are looking for an Acquisition Marketing Lead to join our UK & Ireland teams.
- •This hybrid role involves working from our office in White City, London, three times a week.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and develop 2-3 squad members for non-paid channels.
- •Steer investment to maximize return.
- •Report and evaluate efforts to share with the company and leadership team.
- •Collaborate with the Digital Product team to improve digital products and customer journeys.
- •Work with the creative team to optimize assets for performance.
- •Requirements Expertise in managing non-paid marketing channels.
- •Proven track record in building and scaling ambassador & affiliate programs.
- •Proficiency in managing initiatives towards performance metrics like CPA, ROI, and LTV.
