- •We are seeking a Sr.
- •Engineering Manager to shape and scale the future of our next-generation Edge AI platforms, embedded firmware, and hardware systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and drive the multi-year technology vision and roadmap for intelligent edge computing, firmware, and hardware innovation.
- •Translate business strategy and customer needs into scalable engineering priorities and architectures.
- •Represent engineering in executive forums, influencing product strategy, investments, and partnerships.
- •Build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams across embedded systems, edge AI, and hardware development.
- •Establish engineering best practices, development frameworks, and processes to ensure delivery at scale.
- •Requirements 10+ years of engineering experience with significant expertise in embedded systems, firmware, hardware, or edge AI. 3+ years of engineering leadership leading firmware engineering.
- •Proven experience building and scaling multi-disciplinary engineering organizations.
- •Expertise with embedded AI ecosystems and accelerators (HailoRT, TensorRT, OpenVINO, TFLite, etc.).
- •Strong background in firmware/embedded development (C/C++, Python, Yocto, cross-compilation).
