  • Key Responsibilities Own the card-program strategy for operational spend.
  • Build purchasing-card experiences for critical-vendor and operational-spend workflows.
  • Connect issuance, authorizations, controls, servicing, and economics into one strategy.
  • Use AI to monitor program health and automate routine servicing.
  • Align cross-functional teams on execution and grow card volume and revenue.
  • Requirements Track record of growing a scaled product, revenue portfolio, marketplace, or financial system.
  • Exceptional quantitative judgment across metrics.
  • Strong systems thinking across infrastructure, operations, economics, and customer experience.
  • Concrete judgment about how AI can improve workflows and system performance.
  • Ability to lead multiple workstreams without reducing strategy to a feature roadmap.
