Own and evolve the digital sales experience for Tekion's Smart Retail Suite.
- •Tekion is seeking a Lead Business Product Manager for Smart Retail to own and evolve the digital sales experience within their automotive platform.
- •This role focuses on the showroom floor, in-store deal-making, and salesperson enablement tools, connecting the in-store and online purchasing journeys.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the assigned product within the Smart Retail Suite, from requirements through discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- •Serve as a primary, customer-facing product point of contact for dealers and dealer groups.
- •Own the business side of the product: shape go-to-market tracks and drive business decisions around positioning, packaging, launch, and adoption.
- •Partner closely with the GTM team, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success.
- •Lead deep discovery on the showroom floor by spending time with sales teams and observing deal processes.
- •Requirements Experience in automotive sales and digital retailing acumen is central to the job.
- •Ability to translate dealer and consumer needs into well-scoped product requirements and user stories.
- •Strong business orientation and ability to shape go-to-market strategies.
- •Credibility with dealers and dealer groups.
