- •This role involves leading diverse teams and managing project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate diverse teams on various projects.
- •Oversee projects led by direct reports to ensure they stay on track, on budget, and within scope.
- •Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes.
- •Function as a Scrum Master to lead effective Agile ceremonies.
- •Act as a key client contact and ensure their expectations are met.
- •Requirements 7+ years of project management experience with at least 2 years of Agile experience. 8+ years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency.
- •Experience with multiple management techniques including Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall.
- •Experience with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal), eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify), and Google Analytics is a plus.
- •BS/BA in a relevant program, or equivalent work experience.
