About the role
TL;DR
Manage the end-to-end progression of nuclear project sites.
- •The Director of Project Development will manage the entire project development process for nuclear energy sites.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the site development lifecycle from initial screening to construction start.
- •Drive site acquisition and manage land rights, permits, and interconnections.
- •Establish project cost and schedule processes and manage risks.
- •Align with commercial, finance, and engineering teams to ensure project success.
- •Manage and mentor a team of project developers.
- •Requirements 15+ years of experience in utility-scale project development.
- •Proven project and process management skills.
- •Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- •Ability to work with engineering and commercial stakeholders.
- •Prior experience in nuclear, renewable, or large-scale energy project development is preferred.
