About the role
TL;DR
Serve as an embedded technical partner for Bloomreach's largest Search accounts, ensuring optimal architecture and performance.
- •The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is Bloomreach's embedded technical partner inside our largest, most complex Search accounts.
- •This is a strategic technical ownership role where you will deeply understand a customer's broader commerce stack to ensure optimal Search performance and scalability.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of Bloomreach's largest Search customers.
- •Architect and advise on Feed, Pixel, and API implementations as part of a broader point of view on how the customer's data and systems should work together.
- •Proactively surface risks, technical debt, and anti-patterns in a customer's implementation.
- •Serve as the credible technical voice in escalations and executive conversations.
- •Act as the voice of Bloomreach's largest Search accounts inside the company.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in technical services, professional services, solutions consulting, implementation, or a related customer-facing technical function.
- •Proven ability to lead technical escalations and work cross-functionally.
- •Strong background in customer implementations, integrations, technical consulting, or solution delivery for SaaS commerce, martech, search, or related enterprise platforms.
- •Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
- •Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
