- •Bland AI is seeking an Accounting Manager to build and own accounting processes, policies, and reporting.

- •Key Responsibilities Manage the monthly accounting close process, including reconciliations and partnering with external providers.
- •Prepare monthly financial reporting packages.
- •Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, vendor management, sales tax, and 1099s.
- •Implement internal controls and ensure audit readiness.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of accounting experience (public accounting, senior accountant, or accounting manager).
- •Hands-on ownership of month-end close and account reconciliations.
- •Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- •Audit experience, including preparing PBC support and workpapers.
