- •Bioptimus is building the first universal AI foundation model for biology to fuel breakthrough discoveries and accelerate innovation in biomedicine.
- •We are looking for a Clinical Data Manager to bridge the gap between unstructured, real-world data, and our frontier AI models.
- •Key Responsibilities Participate in technical conversations with external partners to understand clinical data structures.
- •Translate ambiguous source data into harmonized, AI-ready assets.
- •Map and align diverse clinical data to industry-standard biomedical ontologies.
- •Design, build, and maintain data dictionaries, schemas, and metadata models.
- •Establish, automate, and enforce data quality control frameworks.
- •Write production-grade Python code to automate data cleaning and harmonization tasks.
- •Requirements Practical understanding of how clinical data is generated in the real world.
- •Experience with clinical data structures and ontologies.
- •Strong programming skills in Python.
- •Experience with data engineering tools and frameworks.
- •Ability to work in a remote environment.
