- •As a Staff Backend Engineer, you'll set technical direction for the IPC team, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the reliability and scalability of IPC's systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical architecture for IPC services Design, build, and operate backend services using Python + PostgreSQL, Go, and Java Lead cross-team technical initiatives Mentor engineers on the team Ensure production reliability Requirements 8+ years of professional backend software development experience Strong proficiency in Go and Python; Java experience is a plus Deep experience with distributed systems, microservices, and API design Comfortable with PostgreSQL or other relational databases at scale Hands-on with cloud infrastructure
