- •Bestow is seeking a Product Designer II to join our Underwriting module's mission of making insurance more accessible and human-centered.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end design for assigned initiatives Conduct and synthesize research through user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis Shape solutions in partnership with product managers Create user flows, diagrams, Figma designs, and coded prototypes Navigate and collaborate in shared code repositories Requirements Strong research instincts Ability to shape and ship ideas quickly Experience with Figma and coded prototypes Comfort with AI tooling Collaboration with engineering and product teams
