- •Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies.
- •We are seeking a high-performing strategic finance professional to join our growing GTM Finance team.
- •This role is highly strategic, sitting at the center of business model decisions related to growth, pricing, margin, and capacity.
- •Key Responsibilities Own financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the GTM org.
- •Build and maintain financial models across revenue, S&M spend, headcount, and strategic bets.
- •Analyze key metrics for a usage-based business, including ARR, gross margin, consumption trends, retention, and GTM efficiency.
- •Partner with GTM leaders to set targets, evaluate growth initiatives, shape pricing, and design sales compensation.
- •Improve financial reporting, dashboards, and operational rigor.
- •Requirements 3 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth company, PE/VC investing, and/or investment banking.
- •Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
- •Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executives.
- •Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast-moving environment.
- •Strong attention to detail with a bias toward ownership and execution.
