About the role
TL;DR
Ergotherapist for outpatient rehabilitation of adults with complex problems.
- •As an enthusiastic ergotherapist, you will help patients with complex problems in an interdisciplinary team to move towards a valuable life and self-direction.
- •You will work with adult patients treated for acquired brain injury and have some hours for the outpatient heart rehabilitation team.
- •Key Responsibilities Analyze problems related to daily living activities, mobility, household tasks, living, working, and leisure.
- •Develop and implement treatment plans to improve daily functioning.
- •Advise on assistive devices and adaptations.
- •Collaborate within a specialist interdisciplinary treatment team.
- •Requirements HBO diploma in Ergotherapy.
- •Experience with the mentioned target groups is a plus.
- •Proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken).
- •Flexibility in deployment.
