TL;DR
Product Manager to own core platform areas and influence product strategy.
- •As a Product Manager at Barti, you’ll own core areas of our platform, influencing product strategy, collaborating with engineering and design, and staying deeply connected to the needs of the eye care providers we serve.
- •You’ll join as the second PM hire, working closely with the team to build out a best-in-class product function.
- •Key Responsibilities Shape platform-wide product strategy and map out upcoming feature rollouts.
- •Engage firsthand with users to uncover core objectives and collect insights.
- •Convert user insights into crisp, comprehensive product specs and user stories.
- •Collaborate with engineering and design to deploy innovative features.
- •Oversee the end-to-end product journey from initial ideation through release.
- •Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
- •Proven track record of shipping successful products and features from concept to launch.
- •Deep customer empathy and a passion for building user-centric solutions.
- •Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- •Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
