- •Banyan Software is seeking a highly meticulous and proactive individual to join the Atamis team as a Product Optimisation Specialist.
- •This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to innovate and unlock significant value within the Atamis application ecosystem.
- •Key Responsibilities Support the creation of prototypes and mock-ups for new product features.
- •Provide expert configuration and UI support for product releases.
- •Collaborate to scope, manage, and implement configuration change requests.
- •Build post-installation guides and manage upgrades of Atamis environments.
- •Provide timely and effective support for product-related escalations.
- •Requirements Confident using Salesforce administration tools, with experience in object and field customisation, formulae, flows, and approval processes.
- •Experience working on software implementation or configuration projects (desirable).
- •Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach to following processes and ensuring accuracy.
- •Able to manage a varied workload, use initiative to solve problems, and spot areas for improvement.
- •Clear communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
