  • This role combines traditional EA duties with the unique challenge of integrating AI automation, requiring the ability to build and manage these systems.
  • Key Responsibilities Represent the CEO in meetings with investors, customers, government officials, and potential partners.
  • Provide reliable Executive Assistant support, managing calendars, travel, and tasks.
  • Own and manage important presentation decks, ensuring high-quality content and timely delivery.
  • Develop an understanding of the CEO's point of view to make decisions on their behalf.
  • Build and implement AI-driven automation systems to streamline support functions.
  • Requirements Ability to learn new subjects quickly and demonstrate understanding of complex topics.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing slide decks across multiple stakeholders.
  • Scrappy, detail-oriented, with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with AI models and interested in the evolving AI landscape.
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and team chat tools (Zulip).
