About the role
TL;DR
Build and own systems that drive revenue and convert customers.
- •The Platform Engineer will own the prospecting and enrichment stack, wire it into the CRM, and build automations to keep the CRM clean and queryable.
- •They will also extend AI-native workflows and stand up dashboards to make it obvious what to focus on each week.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, launch, and iterate outbound experiments.
- •Build ICP scoring models, segmentation logic, and intent-signal pipelines.
- •Own the prospecting and enrichment stack and wire it into the CRM.
- •Build automations and scripts to keep the CRM clean and queryable.
- •Extend AI-native workflows and stand up dashboards.
- •Requirements 0-3 years in growth, outbound, RevOps, or a GTM-adjacent role.
- •Comfortable with SQL, at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript), and working with APIs.
- •Think in experiments and form a hypothesis, ship a V1, measure it, and let the data decide.
