Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for mechanical and electromechanical commodities.
- •We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Sourcing Manager to join our team.

- •Manage and optimize the procurement process of multiple commodities.
- •Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- •Conduct supplier assessments and audits.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing decisions align with the company's goals.
- •Requirements BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- •At least 5 years of experience in global sourcing.
- •Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including injection molding, die casting, stamping, CNC machining, and assembly operations.
- •Experience with motor specifications, harness design requirements, and electromechanical system integration.
- •Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
