About the role
TL;DR
Senior Analyst, FP&A to partner with Marketing and Finance teams.
- •The FP&A team's mission is to be a trusted business partner enabling the business to make the right decisions through financial insight.
- •This role will work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Analytics teams to drive timely and effective decision making.
- •Key Responsibilities Structure ambiguous problems and form hypotheses to drive recommendations.
- •Own daily revenue and contribution margin forecasts, identifying key risks and opportunities.
- •Define, build, and maintain financial and operational reporting for marketing channels.
- •Build investment business cases, quantifying returns for decision-making.
- •Contribute to strategy by preparing analysis for trading reviews, QBRs, and planning cycles.
- •Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced business environment.

- •Strong communication skills for distilling complex analyses into recommendations for leadership.
- •Intellectual curiosity, passion for problem-solving, and comfort with ambiguity.
