- •We are looking for you as a Technical Onboarding Specialist
- •Phone Assistant to support the Technical Onboarding team in Berlin.

- •In Technical Onboarding, you will guide practices and hospitals through the introduction of our products and ensure they can work smoothly with Doctolib from day 1.
- •During onboarding, you will support complex IT cases and primarily implement our AI-based phone assistant.
- •Key Responsibilities Install and configure our AI-powered phone assistant for customers, ensuring reliable operation from day one.
- •Support the migration of patient and appointment data from external practice systems into our software.
- •Proactively communicate with practices and their IT departments, checking technical requirements and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- •Provide internal expertise to colleagues from Sales or Deployment on complex onboarding questions and system configurations.
- •Conceptualize training, develop technical solutions within our Innovation Lab, and automate recurring processes.
- •Requirements Proficiency in working with data, whether in Excel or with SQL, and the ability to format and process data.
- •Fluent German (C1) and solid English (B2) communication skills.
- •Understanding of APIs, IT infrastructures, networks, and VPNs.
- •Clear and concise communication skills, both on the phone and in online meetings, even with less technically savvy individuals.
- •Genuine curiosity for AI technologies, our products, and the digital transformation in healthcare.
