TL;DR
Financial Analyst to own FP&A deliverables, build models, and provide insights.
- •Coder is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Financial Planning & Strategy team.
- •This role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making as Coder scales.
- •Key Responsibilities Own recurring FP&A deliverables including budget-to-actual reporting and rolling forecasts.
- •Build and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue, headcount, and infrastructure costs.
- •Perform variance analysis to provide actionable insights and guide business decisions.
- •Support quarterly forecast and annual budget planning cycles.
- •Contribute to board materials and executive reporting packages.
- •Requirements Accounting fluency and understanding of GL, accruals, and financial reporting.
- •Proficiency in building driver-based financial models in Excel or Google Sheets.
- •Ability to pull, clean, and work with data from multiple systems.
- •Clear communication skills to frame findings in terms of business impact. 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical role.
