TL;DR
Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle engineering searches and build recruiting processes.
- •Aurelius Systems is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for critical engineering roles and help build the company's recruiting infrastructure as it scales from 20 to 60 people in six months.
- •Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruiting for priority technical searches, including screens, process management, and offer coordination.
- •Partner with the Head of Talent on recruiting operations and process improvements.
- •Manage candidate assessment and work closely with hiring managers.
- •Maintain ATS hygiene and ensure process discipline.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical searches.
- •Experience recruiting deeply technical profiles (hardware, embedded, robotics, controls, optics, ML, etc.).
- •Strong candidate assessment judgment and ATS discipline.
- •Comfort with ambiguity and building process while executing.
