- •August Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their Data team and partner with Customer Success.
- •This role will be instrumental in translating customer data into strategic narratives that demonstrate the value of August Health's platform to senior living communities.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead deep-dive analyses on customer data to identify opportunities for improving caregiver support and streamlining workflows.
- •Design and own scalable dashboards, reports, and visualizations for the Customer Success organization.
- •Partner with Customer Success on QBRs, customer meetings, and strategic initiatives.
- •Present findings to customers and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- •Define and drive scalable data processes and analytics best practices.
- •Requirements 6+ years of data analyst experience with advanced SQL skills.
- •Proven track record of independently owning analytics projects from ambiguous ask to insight.
- •Customer-obsessed mindset with experience presenting to external stakeholders.
- •Excellent communication skills to make complex data accessible.
- •Experience with Python for data analysis and visualization tools like Looker.
