- •We are seeking a Business Intelligence & Automation owner with a strong business
- •and ownership-driven mindset to own our entire BI stack and internal automations end to end.
- •You will turn business questions into trustworthy answers, build automations, and own the data behind our reporting.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and build the entire BI infrastructure, including pipelines, data warehouse, and dbt transformations.
- •Collaborate with Product, CS, Sales, and Finance to address their needs and provide data-driven insights.
- •Own product event tracking and define naming standards and QA for event implementation.
- •Build internal automations using scripting and AI tools to streamline manual work and create AI agents.
- •Run BI as a practice, ensuring clear request processes and enabling teams to answer their own questions.
- •Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, BI, or analytics engineering, ideally with automation exposure in a SaaS scale-up.
- •Expert-level SQL and dbt skills, with a solid grasp of modern warehouse/BI stacks and product event tracking.
- •Comfortable scripting in Python/JS and utilizing modern AI tools.
- •Ability to build visualizations and dashboards that drive decision-making.
- •Hands-on experience with automation tools like n8n/Make, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows.
