- •Conduct benchmarking and gap analysis for program competitiveness and cost efficiency.
- •Requirements Experience designing, implementing, or managing global benefits programs.
- •Experience managing benefits vendors and brokers.
- •Experience with open enrollment, benefits renewals, and program administration.
- •Ability to partner with HR, Finance, and leadership.
- •Experience improving benefits processes and working with HRIS or benefits platforms.
