TL;DR

- •We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Community Data Team.
- •You will build applied machine learning models and statistical analyses to understand user behavior on Atolls' community platforms.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and iterate ML models using Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, XGBoost).
- •Analyze complex member behaviors to uncover insights that drive community growth.
- •Translate fuzzy business questions into measurable and actionable tasks.
- •Master our ClickHouse environment, writing optimized queries to process billions of rows of interaction data.
- •Requirements Solid Python skills and familiarity with core data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- •Sound understanding of ML and statistics fundamentals.
- •Solid SQL skills, comfortable with CTEs, window functions, and writing efficient queries.
- •At least one self-built, end-to-end project on a messy or open-ended problem.
