- •We're hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to own customer deployments from technical build through go-live and optimization.
- •You'll be the technical owner for health system implementations, working directly with customers to build, configure, and deploy production AI agents tailored to their workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Own implementations end-to-end for health systems, from technical scoping through go-live and beyond Build custom integrations with complex healthcare platforms Design intelligent workflows tailored to each customer's specialty, patient population, and operational constraints Launch agents that handle thousands of real patient interactions daily Requirements 4+ years of software engineering experience Strong software engineering background with a track record of shipping production code Proficiency in Python Experience with APIs, integrations, and working across multiple systems Comfortable with ambiguity and building in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
