- •As a Senior EHS Specialist at ASM, you’ll play a critical role in shaping a culture of safety and sustainability at the forefront of semiconductor innovation.
- •Your expertise will ensure compliance, reduce risk, and help protect the people and processes that power next-gen technology.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- •Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks.
- •Develop and deliver engaging EHS training programs to employees and contractors.
- •Develop, maintain, and periodically test emergency response plans.
- •Oversee contractor activities during in-house and shutdown maintenance tasks.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field.
- •Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- •Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in Singapore.
- •Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
- •Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
