Supervise daily spacecraft production operations, leading a team to meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
- •Apex is looking for an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations.
- •The ideal candidate will lead a production team to meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- •Train, mentor, and manage a team of production employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth & improvement.
- •Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing regular feedback and addressing performance issues promptly.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering) to resolve production issues and optimize processes.
- •Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional experience in a high-rate manufacturing/production environment 2+ years of experience leading a manufacturing/engineering team or leading collaborative/cross-functional projects Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- •Proven leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- •Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
