TL;DR
Supporting growth, hiring, and operations for Ankar as a hands-on generalist.
- •Founder's Associate supporting growth, hiring and operations to help Ankar scale; a hands-on generalist delivering high-leverage work across hiring, growth/marketing and operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Support hiring: screening, candidate coordination, sourcing and employer branding.
- •Drive growth & marketing initiatives, events, inbound lead systems and LinkedIn content.
- •Improve and automate operational workflows and build repeatable processes.
- •Provide finance, execution and general operational support as needed.
- •Requirements Highly organised operator with exceptional execution discipline.
- •Generalist able to move across workstreams and create order from ambiguity.
- •Excellent communication and comfort working with founders and senior leaders.
- •Experience in early-stage/high-growth environments and familiarity with hiring, GTM, events or automations preferred.
