- •The Maneuver Dominance team develops aerial robotic systems and AI-powered operating systems for military applications.
- •Key Responsibilities Own capability areas end-to-end, including charter, budget, scope, and roadmap.
- •Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complex hardware and software systems.
- •Manage R&D submissions, proposals, and senior leadership reviews.
- •Define and enforce exit criteria for capability transitions into programs.
- •Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and customers.
- •Requirements BEng/BSc/MEng in Engineering or equivalent experience. 8+ years of relevant industry experience in engineering, systems integration, or technical program management.
- •Demonstrated experience owning program management or engineering delivery for sophisticated hardware and software systems.
- •Strong technical aptitude and understanding of systems engineering, especially for aerospace or defense applications.
- •Experience delivering engineering work under export control and security classification, with knowledge of UK regimes.
