- •Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Maneuver Dominance team to lead critical capability development of an advanced airborne platform.
- •This role focuses on shaping vertical flight, operations, and sustainment through holistic support system thinking.
- •Key Responsibilities Execute an Agile Systems Engineering approach for the Thunder Mission System and Payloads.
- •Support design teams in evolving Technical Performance Measures (TPMs) and contributing to System Design Reviews (SDRs).
- •Own and maintain Functional Decomposition, System Breakdown Structure (SBS), Product Breakdown Structure (PBS), and Architecture diagrams.
- •Develop key Systems Engineering design artifacts including System Description Documents (SDDs) and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
- •Shape the design of Hardware In Lab (HIL) and Hardware In The Loop (HITL) integration environments.
- •Requirements Bachelor degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical or Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline. 8+ years industry Systems Engineering experience in safety-critical hardware and software systems in Defense or Aerospace industries.
- •Demonstrable Systems Engineering proficiency, including solicitation of requirements and collaboration with design teams.
- •Experience developing Systems Engineering artifacts and pragmatic verification and validation plans.
- •Familiarity with technical software packages such as Teamcenter, JIRA, JAMA, Cameo, and/or Ansys.
