- •Andera is building reliable AI agents for back-office financial work, starting with automating audits for the world's largest public companies.
- •We're hiring a Product Engineering Lead to own the primary product experience used by professional auditors, designing and building interfaces that make AI agent output understandable and trustworthy.
- •Key Responsibilities Designing and building intuitive workflows for reviewing complex financial data and AI agent output.
- •Translating Figma designs into polished, production-ready applications.
- •Building a new platform from the ground up, spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- •Working directly with auditors to understand their workflows and pain points.
- •Collaborating closely with AI and systems engineers to integrate agent capabilities into the UI.
- •Requirements Strong fullstack engineering skills with an ownership mindset.
- •Deep empathy for users in complex domains.
- •Strong product and design sense.
- •Comfort operating in high-complexity systems with large datasets and asynchronous workflows.
- •Experience with or adjacent to our stack: TypeScript, Python, Temporal, Docker, Terraform, AWS Fargate.
