TL;DR
Support the post-trade lifecycle of digital asset derivatives operations.
- •Anchorage Digital is seeking a Member of Trading Operations, Derivatives to support the full post-trade lifecycle of complex derivative products in digital assets.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring seamless settlement, margin management, and operational risk management.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and support trade capture, confirmation, margining, and settlement processes for digital asset derivative products.
- •Initiate and monitor collateral and margin workflows, including IM and VM calculations.
- •Reconcile positions, valuations, and P&L across internal ledgers and external platforms.
- •Use analytics tools (Python, SQL, Excel) to automate and streamline operational workflows.
- •Requirements 5+ years experience supporting settlement activities in traditional and crypto assets.
- •Deep expertise in OTC derivatives and crypto-native infrastructure.
- •Strong technical foundation, high attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- •Fluency in both traditional and crypto market structure.
