- •Alta Ares is seeking a Software Engineer to join their US presence in New York City.
- •This role involves contributing to core software development, including AI, computer vision, and embedded systems, while acting as a technical bridge between the US market and the engineering team in Paris.
- •Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development of Alta Ares' core software stack: real-time AI inference, computer vision pipelines, sensor fusion, and/or GCS software.
- •Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code in Python and/or C++ across backend, embedded, or AI/ML layers.
- •Provide technical support for client demonstrations and field activities in the US.
- •Serve as the technical bridge between the NYC office and the Engineering team in Paris, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and sprint alignment.
- •Requirements 0-3 years of experience, open to recent graduates.
- •Solid foundations in Python and/or C++.
- •Genuine interest in AI, computer vision, real-time systems, or embedded software.
- •English and French fluency are mandatory.
- •French or EU nationality is mandatory for VIE eligibility.
