- •Aircall is seeking a Product Manager Intern to contribute to the development of their AI-powered customer communications platform.
- •This role involves gathering customer insights, analyzing product data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and agent efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Meet directly with customers to gather feedback and validate potential improvements.
- •Synthesize feedback into product recommendations and shape the roadmap.
- •Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define requirements and prioritize enhancements.
- •Follow the development cycle end-to-end in an agile manner.
- •Gather and synthesize usage and performance data to identify opportunities for product optimization.
- •Requirements Master's student from an engineering or business school or university.
- •Fluent in English.
- •Comfortable running customer conversations and working across teams.
- •A first internship in a product or project team is a plus.
