About the role
TL;DR
Lead and own the end-to-end data stack, driving data strategy and team growth.
- •AIOS is building the world's first full-stack AI doctor and is experiencing rapid growth.
- •As Head of Data, you will own the entire data stack, setting technical direction, developing the team, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the company.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the data stack end-to-end, including pipelines, dbt layer, and self-serve reporting.
- •Define the technical direction and architecture for the data platform as the company scales.
- •Govern company metrics, ensuring precise and canonical definitions.
- •Lead and grow the data team, including hiring additional engineers.
- •Partner with Engineering to ensure product data flows reliably into the warehouse.
- •Requirements 5+ years as a hands-on data IC and 3+ years leading teams.
- •Deep fluency in SQL and dbt.
- •Experience designing and operating modern data platforms.
- •Strong understanding of data engineering principles and data modeling.
- •Ability to define precise metrics from ambiguous business goals.
