- •Nexus is seeking a Structural Fabrication Estimator with hands-on experience in estimating structural metal fabrication projects.
- •You will perform detailed takeoffs, prepare bids, and coordinate with vendors and clients.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform detailed material and quantity takeoffs for structural metal fabrication projects.
- •Prepare accurate bids, estimates, and pricing proposals.
- •Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients regarding project requirements and pricing.
- •Manage multiple estimates and project deadlines simultaneously.
- •Work within the client's internal job tracking and AI-powered quoting system.
- •Requirements 3+ years of structural fabrication estimating experience.
- •Strong experience with takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost estimation.
- •Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- •Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- •Full-time availability for 40 hours/week.
