- •Monad Foundation is seeking a Head of DeFi to lead the strategy, relationships, and execution for DeFi growth on the Monad network.
- •Key Responsibilities Own DeFi growth strategy for the Monad network.
- •Execute end-to-end asset and protocol onboarding.
- •Advise DeFi builders deploying on the Monad network.
- •Activate your network of liquid funds, curators, and blue-chip DeFi founders.
- •Bridge DeFi and TradFi/Fintech.
- •Drive incentive strategy.
- •Manage a team of 2-3 DeFi specialists.
- •Requirements DeFi-fluent operator with a track record of driving measurable growth in TVL, liquidity, or protocol adoption.
- •Opinionated on asset quality and risk.
- •Deep, pre-existing network among liquid crypto-native funds, DeFi curators, and blue-chip protocol founders.
- •Executive presence with TradFi/Fintech C-suite.
- •Strategic and organized with proven leadership and management experience.
- •Efficient communicator, written and verbal.
