TL;DR
Own a hard problem end-to-end in Agentic AI, building and shipping systems.
- •Ema is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity.
- •As an AI Resident, you will own a hard problem end-to-end, from proposal to shipping a system, with a senior mentor and real production data.
- •Key Responsibilities Propose, build, and evaluate a novel system within the Agentic AI loop.
- •Write production code and ship behind a gate.
- •Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams.
- •Document findings and learnings from your project.
- •Requirements Demonstrated depth in ML or agent systems.
- •Strong engineering skills in Python and PyTorch.
- •Real depth in at least one of: post-training, reward modeling, agent systems, retrieval/memory, or eval design.
- •Statistical literacy and a habit of honest measurement.
