About the role
TL;DR
Lead the design and implementation of scaled account management solutions using AI and automation.
- •Adyen is seeking an innovative and results-oriented Strategy & Execution Lead to transform how they support Account Management at scale.
- •This role will shape the future of their one-to-many account management model.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and implement automated, low-touch, and self-service solutions for pooled Account Management teams.
- •Apply design thinking principles to reimagine systems and processes, leveraging AI and automation.
- •Shape and design global Pool Operating model programs for scalability and adoption.
- •Act as the voice of the Pooled Account Manager internally to ensure their needs are addressed.
- •Requirements 5-7 years of experience in client-facing and business operations roles with a focus on scaled or pooled customer segments.
- •Strong background in program or project management with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- •Deep understanding of design thinking principles and experience applying them to systems and process design.
- •Experience designing with and implementing AI, automation, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- •Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
