About the role
TL;DR
Build and lead Flex's payments infrastructure and vendor strategy.
- •You will build Flex's payments infrastructure and lead vendor strategy across acquiring, international money movement, and partner banks.
- •Key Responsibilities Own major Tier 1 bank partner implementations and the broader bank partner strategy.
- •Architect the multi-provider payments stack across acquiring, international money movement, and partner banks.
- •Lead vendor selection and transition from operating on partner licenses to operating on Flex's own money transmitter licenses.
- •Requirements Experience implementing payment rails at meaningful scale.
- •Ability to hold a serious technical conversation with a Tier 1 bank.
- •Understanding of the operational shift into a forward-thinking strategy around money movement.
