- •The product operations team at Ambrook closes the gap between what the product does and what our customers experience.
- •As we’ve grown our customer base, we’ve written and re-written the playbook on how we serve our customers, what they need to be successful, and which parts of the product cause the most friction.
- •Key Responsibilities Own a slice of the customer experience and use each interaction to find new ways to serve customers.
- •Identify and ship small fixes, prototype agentic workflows, or build internal processes that scale the team.
- •Build alongside customers and select opportunities that scale.
- •Identify and solve problems proactively with high agency.
- •Use AI to automate yourself and create leverage for yourself and the team.
- •Requirements Strong customer empathy and ability to build relationships that uncover unmet needs.
- •Ownership to take projects from idea to completion independently.
- •Systems thinking to piece together qualitative and quantitative data.
- •Agency to unblock yourself and make progress on ambiguous problems.
- •Builder mentality with a desire to be in the weeds and build yourself.
